My experience from Nationals was fabulous. I learnt a lot. I learnt that it is very hard to get to go to Nationals in the first place. Now when I came to this huge competition I did have my expectations to win, but I also had doubts, because you can't win all the time. I thought that New Brunswick was the perfect place for Nationals this year. It was a very calm place and very peaceful. The Delta Hotel was very nice and I loved the rooms. The bus service was great, they were always on time and ready to pick everyone up, and the bus drivers were very nice. I loved the arena! I felt like I was very important to skate there, and I loved the kiss and cry, it was very comfortable.

The best part about my experience at Nationals is how I felt when it was announced that my partner Jordan and I had come in first place. I felt very proud of myself, and I know that everyone was proud of me. I would like to thank my coaches Carol, Juris, Donna and Jon, for believing in us and thinking that we could do it.
I thought the skaters' party was very fun. I loved where it took place and we all loved the rides. The best ride was a roller coaster that went around the whole amusement park, it was so much fun. I hope that next nationals will be like this year, and the last thing I will say is that it was a LEARNING AND FUN EXPERIENCE! And I hope I will have the opportunity to go to nationals again next year.
